As a Director with extensive experience in managing end-to-end instructional design projects, I specialize in the development of instructor-led training (ILT) materials, virtual ILT (VILT) content and scripts, eLearning modules, assessments, facilitation guides, and Train-the-Trainer programs. My work in learning and development spans multiple industries such as retail, automotive, and healthcare, enabling me to adapt effective learning strategies to diverse operational needs.
